About Macaw Gadgets

Macaw Gadgets started with a simple frustration: too many “great deals” on tech accessories in Bangladesh turn out to be counterfeit, underpowered, or just not what they claimed to be. We set out to build something different, a place where what you order is exactly what you get.

We’re based in Dhaka and run as a small, hands-on operation. Every order is packed and checked before it goes out, and every product we sell is sourced only through official, verified distributor channels. No grey-market imports, no guessing whether the box is real.

What We Sell

We focus on everyday tech that people actually rely on, charging gear, audio, and accessories built for how you really use your devices. We’d rather stock a tight, curated range of products we trust completely than a catalog full of items we can’t vouch for. As we grow, that same standard applies to everything we add.

How We Work

Cash on delivery, nationwide. Check your product when it arrives, then pay, no advance required inside Dhaka. Every product comes with official warranty, and if something’s wrong, we sort it out directly, no runaround.

Most of our customers find us through Facebook and Instagram first. If you have a question before ordering, message us, we reply fast and we’d rather answer one extra question than have you order something that’s not right for you.

Why It Matters

A charger that overheats or a power bank that dies in six months isn’t just annoying, it’s a waste of money and, sometimes, a safety risk. We only sell what we’d use ourselves, and we stand behind every product with a real warranty and real support.
