Delivery Policy

At Macaw Gadgets, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review this policy to understand our delivery coverage, timelines, and charges.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh, inside Dhaka and to all other districts.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Same-Day Delivery (Dhaka): Delivered the same day, order before 10:30 AM
  • Standard Delivery inside Dhaka: 1-2 business days
  • Delivery outside Dhaka: 2-3 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Same-Day Delivery (Dhaka): ৳150
  • Standard Delivery inside Dhaka: ৳80
  • Delivery outside Dhaka: ৳120
  • Warehouse Pickup: Free, Khilkhet, Dhaka

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are confirmed and processed once we’ve verified your order details over Messenger or WhatsApp.
  • Orders confirmed after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Partner

We work with Pathao Courier to ensure safe and timely delivery across Bangladesh.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders inside Dhaka. Check your product before you pay.
  • For orders outside Dhaka, a ৳100 advance is required before dispatch, this is deducted from your total on delivery. Please note this advance is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.

7. Order Confirmation

We confirm every order directly with you over Messenger or WhatsApp before it’s packed and shipped. You’ll receive your Pathao tracking details once it’s on the way.

8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery attempt may fail due to an incorrect phone number or address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the delivery. In these cases, we’ll reach out to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.
